Smart Appliance Trading Co respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Data we collect
- Name, mobile number, Dealer ID, region and city.
- Location that you choose to share (for pickups).
- Product details, service tickets, uploaded product photos, invoices, payment proofs and payment references.
- Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp.
We do not collect or store card details. These are handled only by our licensed payment provider, Moyasar.
2. Why we use it
We use your data to:
- register and verify dealers;
- arrange pickups and repairs;
- process payments and issue invoices;
- send service updates on WhatsApp;
- meet our legal and tax obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers we need to deliver our services: our payment provider (Moyasar), our WhatsApp messaging provider, and our cloud hosting providers. We also share data with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records).
5. Security
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted staff access.

7. Website preferences
Your selected language is saved in your browser’s local storage so we can remember it between visits. You can clear it through your browser settings.
