This website is operated by Smart Appliance Trading Co, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under CR No. 2051221092, with its address at 3, Khobar, 1, Al Yarmouk, Al Khobar, Eastern Province, 34422, Saudi Arabia. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide after-sales service (repairs, inspections and pickups) for IMPEX products, and an online payment facility for registered IMPEX dealers. Service details and prices are listed on our Services & Prices page.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Service requests require a valid Saudi mobile number.
- Dealer payments are available only to dealers registered with IMPEX. You must enter your Dealer ID and the mobile number registered to it.
- You are responsible for keeping your Dealer ID and mobile number secure, and for making sure the information you give us is accurate.
4. Quotations and approval
For paid repairs, we send a quotation before starting work. Work begins only after you approve it. The final price will not exceed the approved quotation without your further consent.
5. Payments
- All prices are in SAR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Moyasar, a licensed payment provider, using mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
- A payment is complete only once the payment provider confirms it.
- We do not store your card details.
6. Warranty
Warranty repairs are subject to the warranty terms supplied with the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repair, power surges, or liquid damage.
7. Pickup and collection
Please make the product available at the agreed pickup time. Please contact us promptly if you cannot collect your product; collection arrangements are subject to applicable law.
8. Refunds and cancellations
These are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IMPEX's liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. IMPEX is not liable for indirect loss, including loss of data stored on devices. Please back up your data before handing over a device.
10. Prohibited use
You must not misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use another dealer's ID.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its effective date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
